I am a Transformational Shift Counselor (TSC), Public Speaker, Social Entrepreneur, and published author with over 20 years of experience counseling individuals to clarify and accomplish their Soul Goals.

I work with individuals from all walks of life: professional executives, retiring athletes, first responders, new parents, recent college grads, mid-life and wisdom-year career changers, recovering people with substance use disorder, felons, and many more. Clarifying what one is yearning for and how to achieve desired outcomes, no matter the challenges.

I have a Master's degree in Counseling, specializing in Life Transitions, and I am certified as an Interfaith Spiritual Director.
